Our Agency client is a global Production studio, and they are currently seeking a Head of Operations for the Americas.

The Head of Operations will report directly into the Global CEO and will be part of the senior leadership team.

- Directing and managing the day-to-day production for the Americas
- Design, implement and own the vision and growth strategy for the CP team
- Provide thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align our services with client needs
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Global and Regional stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project specifications and client needs
- Develop effective production models
- Regularly analyze performance through KPIs and drive profitability
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
- Establish and monitor team performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance reviews
- 20-25% global travel

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is preferred
- 15+ years of creative production experience preferably within a leading global creative production agency, but will consider agency or in-house experience
- Ideal experience will be Executive Producer, Director of Operations, etc.
- Experience working on global production with a mix of onshore / offshore production
- Strong understanding of all types of production (broadcast, print, social, online, outdoor POS)
- Deep understanding of effective creative production across all key disciplines: processes, roles, tools (digital and conventional) and workflow practices and trends
- Discipline on financial management and billing
- Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale, production teams
- Previous P&L ownership, accountability and demonstrated growth initiatives
- Strong leadership skills, ability to engage, influence and inspire direct and indirect reports
- Collaborative professional, self-reliant, good problem solver and results oriented
- Strategic thinker with an excellent understanding of key industry influences and the ability to apply this thinking to a variety of clients and brands
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Flexible team player with a can-do attitude
