Our client, a top publishing house, is currently looking for a Paid Media Creative Strategist.

This is an onsite, 40 hour / week, ongoing assignment. A computer will be provided.

Paid Media Creative Strategist Responsibilities:
- Oversee creative development of cross-platform paid media campaigns to drive subscription/revenue growth for key brands
- Analyze paid social performance and use data-based insights to develop creative content strategies
- Oversee creative production from start to finish including kick-off, submission of requests, routing of assets for approvals, delivery, review/QA, and launch
- Liaise with internal brand teams and external agencies in relation to creative recommendations, testing roadmaps, and optimizations

Paid Media Creative Strategist Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a digital environment with understanding of social and digital platforms (agency experience preferred)
- Understands performance marketing driven data (basic) but can absolutely speak the language of creative
- Strong relationship skills across multiple cross-functional partners
- Proven ability leading and managing marketing programs that generate results
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into stories and action plans
- Have a passion for digital media, creativity, and audience-first thinking
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to stay organized, hit deadlines, and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally has managed a junior teammate, previously, OR eager to move into that type of managerial role
