Our client, an international retailer, is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager / Strategist to support one of their brands.

Responsibilities for the Retail Marketing Manager / Strategist include:

- developing, planning, analyzing and supporting multi-channel marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
- working cross-functionally to develop strategies that analyze and test marketing campaign effectiveness
- make recommendations to drive sales and profits as well as marketing budget allocation
- create and maintain monthly, quarterly and seasonal presentations
- gather industry and marketing trends to perform competitive analysis

Qualifications for the Retail Marketing Manager / Strategist include:

- at least 3-5 years of retail or CPG marketing with strong exposure to retail planning metrics
- strong critical and analytical thinking, prior experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting
- ability to interpret and digest data sets to draw insights
- highly detailed with the innate ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
- strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute
