Our client, a hot social agency, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join their growing team.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Media Strategy defining strategic tactics to achieve goals for Fortune 500 brands.

The Paid Media Strategist responsibilities include:
- Building, deploying, tracking & optimizing social media campaigns (across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
- A/B testing, brand lift surveys & other attribution based measurement studies
- Analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations based on analysis
- Working with attribution partners (Brand Awareness, Sales Lift, Tune In, etc.) to develop media strategies
- Developing audience strategy using campaign briefs and target audience research analysis
- Developing media plans across multiple verticals including but not limited to: automotive, entertainment, CPG, and more

The Paid Media Strategist requirements include:
- 3 to 5+ years experience in paid social media management or strategy, agency experience is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for influencer marketing / paid social analytics & target audience strategies
- KNOWING YOUR NUMBERS, must have strong analytics and reporting skills to assess and campaigns and provide insight on campaign performance and how it can be improved based on hard data
- Proven ability to optimize media spend working with large scale budgets, i.e. $150-$350k/month

**BONUS if you are proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns.
