Our client, a not-for-profit engineering organization, is seeking a Full Time onsite Marketing Manager, to support their Codes and Standards business with various marketing projects and programs. This hands-on Marketing Manager role will encompass projects covering B2B/ B2C marketing, digital campaigns, and C&S business needs.

The Marketing Manager will:
• Craft product brand identity, positioning and messaging that differentiates their Codes and Standards in the market
• Develop & execute strategy for integrated B2B and B2C marketing programs to create awareness, drive traffic, enhance engagement and create value
• Communicate directly with Engineers for project based needs
• Manage and optimize marketing programs across multiple channels including email, direct marketing, paid social media and digital campaigns, PR, tradeshow participation, and inbound content marketing
• Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns/channels, making recommendations to improve performance and drive ROI for their Codes and Standards business
• Establish annual marketing goals and KPIs for the C&S line of business and evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency against the strategy
• Manage acquisition and development of content assets that are part of our B2B lead generation strategy from start to finish, including but not limited to webinars, white papers, infographics, and case studies
• Lead the cross-functional project teams in the development of required materials to ensure that messaging, branding and customer experience aligns across all digital touch points and off-line channels

The Marketing Manager must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to present results and analysis of marketing programs to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record to launch successful marketing campaigns, while prioritize and meet deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with enterprise level marketing automation platforms
• Capability to build and oversee budgets
