Our client, a not-for-profit engineering organization, is seeking a full time onsite Digital Marketing Manager (Analytics), to support their business with various projects. This hands-on role will be reviewing, developing and implementing the teams digital strategies across multiple platforms.

The Digital Marketing Manager will:
• Define multiyear digital roadmaps for the teams and different programs
• Assess, prioritize and focus on the digital engagement platforms, by developing consistency throughout
• Collaborate with the marketing team and Program owners to define needs and tailor engagement strategies
• Develop a database of digital assets and guidelines that can then be shared teams
• Collaborate with Program owners and team members to identify, fine-tune and deliver content across our digital platforms
• Track and report on the progress of the digital strategy across all mediums

The Digital Marketing Manager must have:
• 5 years’ experience with Digital Marketing with an emphasis on analytics and strategy
• A proven track record in developing digital content and/or digital programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills
• Must work effectively among diverse teams
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of, or experience with SEO and SEM Campaigns, as well as with Google Analytics, and Social Media Analytics

This role is onsite, full time, and commutable via public transportation. The right candidate for this role will be enthusiastic and have a desire to bring new ideas to the team for all digital projects.
