Our Client, a well-known non-profit organization that attracts resources to fight AIDS, is currently looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join their team full time.

Brand Partnerships Manager is a strategic development and relationship building role reporting to the Partnerships Director. In order to apply for this position, you need to have experience partnering with well known brands, preferably within the CPG space.

Brand Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy to integrate short term partners into their key campaigns.
- Assist in converting promotional partners to longer term and more financially viable partnerships.
- Manage cross-team partnerships efforts including campaign recaps, day-to-day support and relationship management, facilitate workflows and other needs.
- Develop impactful partnership strategies based on Client's and brand partners' mutual understanding/comprehension of respective brand missions, goals, guidelines, priorities, KPIs, etc.
- Help plan, coordinate, schedule and execute bi-annual Partner Summit.
- Manage Partnerships Associate and Interns
- Maintain accuracy of partner data in Salesforce
- Become the resident expert on all things relating to individual partner brands and work with internal team across all disciplines (comms/PR, impact, digital/social, marketing, design, etc) to ensure seamless collaboration on all partnership goals both overall and individually for each partner

Brand Partnerships Manager Requirements:
- 4 years' experience from an Agency, Global Brand, Marketing, Non-Profit, or client-facing, relationship driven role.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and brand messaging and how it impacts the partnership brand as well.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in partnership management and basic knowledge of partner marketing.
- Extremely collaborative leader: you'll be working with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Mac products and Salesforce.
- Can work under tight deadlines.
