Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a multidisciplinary international design firm, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time in early February! This opportunity will require 1-2 days onsite during onboarding with flexibility later into the role!

As a Marketing Coordinator you will:
- Attend client calls and provide detailed notes and actionable items and assist in coordination of follow up meetings
- Review RFPs and assist in writing RFP responses and questions within templated proposal decks
- Update and maintain marketing asset archives and lead reports within Salesforce and Trello
- Collaborate with firm Principles and the business development team on a national scale on best practices and business pipeline

The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience
- Proficiency working within PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
- Strong writing skill set
- Experience using templates within InDesign a plus!
