Our Technology client has a HOT need for a Marketing Coordinator with 3 years of B2B marketing expertise – lead management, sales support, CRM preferred starting in October to join a growing Marketing Team!

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies designed to support the B2B sales effort throughout the sales cycle including efforts such as driving leads, acquisition, events, trade shows, engagement, retention, and market share for the B2B segment.

The position will work closely with the sales and marketing teams under the direction of the B2B Marketing Manager. Projects and activities will fluctuate based on needs.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, design, production and messaging for all B2B marketing collateral including sales brochures, event flyers, print and digital advertisements, web banners/emails etc with collaboration of stakeholders.
- Plan and execute B2B events including but not limited to conference and tradeshows, career expos, receptions, B2B webinars, networking events, etc (from venue research and planning to on-site/virtual management and execution).
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams, implement the marketing and promotional plan for conferences, seminars and events, expected to include: email marketing, print marketing, mailers, banners and other signage conduct research, outreach and follow-up from events to generate lists of prospects for follow-up and potential sales.
- Create and execute email campaigns for leads, prospects, and current customers including but not limited to product launch updates, nurture campaigns, newsletters, and customer touch bases.
- Serve as a Liaison between the B2B sales team and the Senior Manager of Automation. B2B HubSpot administrator to create and edit properties, views, templates, background workflows, and general maintenance in regards to sales and marketing outreach.

Marketing Coordinators Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
- Integrated marketing expertise – deep, hand-on experience with digital media, including web, display, social, email and affiliate channels, and direct mail.
- Skilled in developing value propositions that communicate clear value to targeted audiences
- Experience creating audience segments and executing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector a plus
- Experience using HubSpot is a plus
