Our client, an online services platform, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team Full-Time - starting as soon as possible!

This is a direct hire, fully remote opportunity.

As the Account Manager, you will be a critical member of the Managed Services team, reporting directly to the President. You will be tasked with building client rapport, making content marketing suggestions and recommendations, and managing projects from start to finish.

A Day In the Life:
- Overseeing and maintaining ~40 accounts
- Serving as the primary point of contact for each of your clients
- Leading meetings to assess needs, troubleshoot solutions and provide updates as needed
- Manage workflow including timeline and budget

The IDEAL Account Manager will have:
- 3+ years of experience
- Agency background highly desired
- Proven ability to nurture and maintain client relationships
- Background in/knowledge of content marketing
- Proficiency using Slack, Trello, Airbase, and SEM Rush preferred
