Our client, an interactive agency based in Boston and Portsmouth, is looking for a Design Operations & Enablement Leader o join their team - starting immediately!

This is a freelance assignment slated for 1-2 months with possibility to extend. Work can be done fully remote, 35 hours per week.

As the Design Operations & Enablement Leader you will report to the Director, Organizational Design & Strategy and work on one of their major client accounts to assist the improvement of the company's organization, team structure, training, delegation, and processes.

Responsibilities include:
- Coaching design team members on process improvements and adoption/integration of new tools and techniques
- Identifying gaps in implementation of improvements (e.g., training needs, marketing/communication, additional process improvements)
- Planning for next stages of work (e.g., scope out approach, identify necessary design team members to engage)
- Leading/ facilitating workshops and meetings

The IDEAL Design Operations & Enablement Leader will:
- 5+ years of experience
- Background in Digital Design/Research
- Experience working in a product-driven environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required, working knowledge of shared whiteboard programs such as InVision Freehand preferred
- Show proven ability to to mentor on strategy and structure, while advising on best practices
