Digital Media Specialist - St. Louis

Rate Up to $30/hour, Converting up to $60,000/salary
Our faith-based client is seeking a Digital Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in Digital Advertising to join their team starting this Fall 2021! WFH Flex after training.

This position will require a demonstrated commitment to the mission of the organization.

The Digital Media Specialist will support marketing efforts through digital advertising, ad personalization, re-marketing programs, YouTube advertising and SEO performance of digital properties.

Digital Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create audience segments and advertising through a variety of campaigns on social media and other digital platforms.
- Report on campaigns and make adjustments to increase new name acquisitions, conversions and reengagement of previous partners/donors.
-Support the development of the digital advertising strategy

Skills Needed:
-Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords
-Ability to read reports and optimize data to improve PPC Campaigns
-Ability to manage budget for multiple campaigns
-Degree in Marketing, Media, or Data Science
-Faith-based or nonprofit professional experience preferred
