Our client, a leading global business advisory firm, is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their team full team.

The CRM Specialist will be responsible for handling internal and external emails and managing mailing life-cycle (creating lists, email layouts, coding, email broadcasts & metrics). Additionally, this person will:
- Prioritize, assign, and process contact updates; contact research, data quality routines, etc.
- Share best CRM practices
- Support CRM end-users, both ad hoc and through creation and maintenance of user instruction library
- Manage proxy rights and list security

The ideal CRM Specialist has 3+ years of experience, ideally has worked in a corporate / professional services environment, and has the following:
- Experience in marketing CRM software (ideally Lexis-Nexis InterAction)
- Experience in e-mail marketing software (ideally Tikit eMerge)
- Fluent in HTML & CSS
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a huge plus
- Extremely detail-oriented and tech saavy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-moving environment

**There will be an in-depth interview process which includes a behavioral interview with a psychologist**
