Partnership Marketing Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

One of our tech clients is looking for an experienced, full time, results-driven Partnership Marketing Manager!

Important Notes + Overview:
- As the Partnership Marketing Manager, your focus will be to ideate, execute, and support their partner marketing programs.
- This role will be cross-functional, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create experiences that inspire, educate, and capture partner audiences to hit growth objectives and bring their brand to life alongside various partners.
- The position can be fully remote, or you can work at one of their offices if you are in the area.
- This is a complex position, so make sure the resume you send us shows direct relevancy with specific details.

- Must show details on partnership names, brands, size, ROI of partnerships, etc.

Responsibilities of the Partnership Marketing Manager:
- Work with sales team to define marketing goals and proposals for new partners and relationships across target segments (Travel & Hospitality, Technology Platforms, Card Issuers & Entertainment)
- Manage the end-to-end build of co-marketing programs – including goals, calendar, content, incentives & attribution – with 3-4 assigned partners
- Execute and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design team members; develop and share a consolidated partner marketing calendar, highlighting dependencies on new functionalities and companies release schedule
- Consistently measure, optimize, and report on co-marketing metrics, bringing partner feedback and analytics into the decision-making process; present results to key stakeholders
- Create reports on partner marketing outcomes for internal use as well as to share with partner marketing teams
- Ensure proposed co-marketing elements are reviewed and captured in marketing budgets, helping to model customer and revenue models
- Deliver a great partner experience – you will be the day-to-day face for our partner teams and are tasked with keeping up ongoing relationships with current partners, constantly thinking of new ways to grow the partnership

Requirements for the Partnership Marketing Manager:
- 8+ years marketing experience; preference for previous B2B2C marketing experience
- Proven success in strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex marketing calendars and deliverables
- Must be a dynamic, confident personality that collaborates well with others and has the ability to influence across all levels to drive projects forward
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tell powerful consumer-facing stories
- Experience with financial services, either directly or via agency exposure
- Demonstrated relationship-building experience with outside partners
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
