Marketing Coordinator - WFH during Covid-19

Rate Up to $27/hour, converting salary up to $55,000/annual
Our CPG client is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time, 40 hours week. Also open to Contract-to-Hire.

WFH flex during COVID, minimum of 3 days onsite per week.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating media marketing plans and strategies; inclusive of advertising, branding and promotional initiatives, via working with internal Marketing team and with external agencies. Additionally, you'll coordinate consumer events and help with media schedules.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years Marketing experience required; some media scheduling experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant
- Excellent communication skills; when working with internal and external teams; some experience working with outside Marketing agencies a plus
- Strong work ethic, persistent, proactive nature when receiving and completing projects

Responsibilities:
- Workflow assistance, completion and delivery of all elements of the company's marketing program
- Assists in local and national media plans by printing schedules for magazine and online advertisement, email and branded content
- Assists with consumer events; researching new events to attend, registration, staffing, booth and sample display set-up; sometimes working events
- Assists monitoring internet and social media for daily industry and competitor news and updates
- Works with external agencies on PR efforts and crisis management
- Assists on maintaining the product catalogs to ensure they are always up to date with available product and maintaining marketing file history for all projects
- Assists on updating Marketing and Sales teams on all media and advertising schedules
