Our technology client has a HOT need for a Marketing Analyst with up to 6 years of B2C marketing and Hubspot experience to join a growing marketing department!

In this role the Marketing Analyst must be a hands-on marketer with success in CRM database marketing and analytics. The main focus for this position is email and direct mail marketing execution, with special attention to audience analysis, targeting, and marketing automation.

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Identify and target customer and prospect populations for integrated marketing campaigns that meet lead generation and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics; monitor, analyze, and tune reporting to improve email and direct mail marketing performance
- Email Marketing: Designing strategy quarterly, monthly, and daily, as well as incorporating focused campaigns and larger national campaigns
- Direct Mail: This role will serve as the center for excellence of the direct mail program
- Marketing automation tactics for existing customer base and lead magnet workflows to capture prospects
- Drive campaign reporting, including templates, methodology, cadence, and data integration, with an ‘assess, test, and refine’ approach
- Implement data strategies that support Marketing Automation initiatives (scoring, nurturing, triggering, gating, etc.)
- Continually design and run well-structured market tests on pricing, offers, channels, messaging and communication flows

Marketing Analyst Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent required
- Strong analytics experience, with a balance of hands-on execution and business insights
- Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email and affiliate channels, and direct print marketing
- Experience with CRM marketing automation and list management
- Experience managing messaging and marketing delivery for a variety of audiences
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
- Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools such as HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
