Our Financial Client has a HOT need for a Social Media Specialist with up to 2 years of experience in marketing/social/PR for a REMOTE 12 month assignment starting early January 2021 offering 40 hours/week.

In this role, the Social Media Specialist will create and influence compelling written and visual content. Must have previous experience using Hearsay Social or Sprinklr.

Social Media Specialists Responsibilities Include:
- Project manage and execute the redesign / update of internal facing social media communication channels
- Partner with non-Marketing business areas including Compliance, Legal, and Service to ensure that all internal materials (training, process documents, strategies, best practices) are in alignment and consistent
- Partner with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support the management of day-to-day functions including supporting training calls, responding to branch inquiries, branch coaching, reviewing and communicating analytics and results
- Support the development of social media analytics dashboards and optimization strategy
- Support development of client communications regarding change to the social media program or updates to processes and strategies

Social Media Specialist Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related study or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in the financial services or other highly regulated industry preferred; not required
- Previous experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
- Previous experience supporting social media in a multi-location business model (retail, franchise, etc…) preferred
