Our B2B agency is looking for a Marketing /Digital Op Director to join their growing team in a direct hire, full time basis. This opportunity can be onsite or remote (or a mixture).

The responsibilities for this Marketing/Digital Ops Director:
- Lead the agency's digital center of excellence
- Manage direct reports on tactical delivery team including social media, digital ads, search marketing, email marketing & automation, CRM, digital implementation
- Leverage martech/implementation manager to build campaigns with: appropriate digital automation, reporting metrics and analytics, personalization and customization
- Own the implementation/deployment outcome.

The ideal Marketing/Digital Ops Director has:
- Experience with marketing automation, social media, ABM, sales cadence management (ex: Groove, Salesloft)
- Knowledge of marketing technology and platforms to guide and manage the digital team that uses them
- Telecommunication/IT knowledge is a nice to have

This is a full time, direct hire!
