Visual Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

One of our rapidly growing fintech clients is seeking a Branding / Visual Designer with an understanding of building brand look and feel, through both print and digital mediums.

- The ideal candidate will have luxury or tech experience, within industries like luxury auto, cosmetics, fashion, tech, beauty, or similar
- This position will work on 2 separate brands
- While the position is fully remote, you must reside in or around the Nashville area

Visual Designer Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve visual identity in all public communication
- Craft the visual identity across multiple mediums with illustration, icon design, UI design, and print design
- Work alongside Marketing to craft landing pages, assets for online and offline marketing (including emails, display banners, social media, print, out of home, conferences and tradeshows), business collateral, video assets if needed, infographics, and photography assets for content marketing
- Work closely with our internal creative resources to evolve our brand
- Develop creative visual solutions following the process from concept through to production

Visual Designer Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have luxury or tech experience, within industries like auto, cosmetics, fashion, beauty, or similar.
- 3+ years of relevant design experience
- A compelling and modern design portfolio
- Attention to detail and a desire to produce inspired creative
- Experience designing responsive websites – with portfolio examples
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Impressive brand development and logo identity skills
- Ability to take a project from concept to completion
- Interest in new platforms and technologies for digital and related mediums
- Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in UI design tools
