DTC Health & Wellness Company is seeking a Manager of Paid Social and Media Optimization Strategy to join their growing team.

This is a fully remote full time position.

Working closely with the Executive Director of Online Acquisition, you will be responsible for the optimization for paid user acquisition strategies. Responsibilities:
- build and drive media analyses showing optimization opportunities across measurement, creative and funnel segments
- create dashboards across varied data sources
- partner with channel leads in creating frameworks
- communicate test plans and results with key stakeholders
- coordinate resources to implement optimal workflows
- serve as the internal expert in utilizing and leveraging ad-tech and analysis tools like Adobe, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, Amplitude, Branch, etc.

The ideal candidate must have Facebook + IG experience.

- 5+ years in paid media buying / planning or analytics for search, social and programmatic (preferably all digital)
-Proven results in optimizing direct-response media buys at scale
-Analytical mindset in planning buys using experimental frameworks for rapid and/or agile test workflows
-In-depth experience in managing or guiding creative and user flows strategies for media testing
-Experience in building dashboards in Data Studio and/or Tableau to vizualize test results and opportunities
-Have worked with large paid media budgets
-Strong understanding of Media Mix Modeling and on-platofrm measurements (Google Analytics)
