Production Artist/Graphic Designer - WFH during Covid-19

CPG brand is seeking a Production Artist with design skills for a freelance to full time opportunity.

This opportunity will be fully remote until 2022 and then you will be expected to go onsite on a hybrid schedule. Must be local to Los Angeles to be considered.

Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of production artist experience
- CPG and/or supplement panel experience is a plus!
- Strong print production skills and design skills
- Able to work with print vendors and carry your work through final production - dieline experience, etc.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Able to multitask, must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to work with cross functional teams in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Create final graphics, photo retouching, color correction, resizing, photo comping and photo production for print, packaging, digital and presentations
- Set up labels for print production and update needed language/bar codes
- Manage the proofing process on all production labels, foils, cartons and displays
- File asset management library
- Create traditional mockups
- Assist design team in creation of sell sheets, direct mail, social media assets, PR boxes and shopper marketing collateral
