Our eCommerce client is looking for a Community Manager focused on driving positive online reputation across various social platforms including Google, Yelp, BBB etc. to join their fast paced digital team.

This role is fully REMOTE.

This is an exciting role for a Community Manager to maintaining a positive brand image through the companies online presence. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience as community manager replying to customers on review sites, social media, search engines, forums, etc.

To be considered for the Community Manager role:
-2+ years strong community/social media background
-Experience representing in the online community
-Management of online reputation
-Data driven mindset
-Home/remodel space PLUS

Responsibilities of the Community Manager:
-Maintaining and improving online brand image with a customer service mindset
-Monitor online reviews and respond across platforms
-Ensure issues are resolved
-Maintain a positive online brand image
-Create strategy to optimize public communication
-Develop reporting surrounding reputation to show improvement and increased ratings
-Improve the customer experience & online reputation
-Manage and audit online business listings
