Lead Visual Designer - WFH during Covid-19

We have an incredible opportunity with a large corporate client who is looking to hire a full-time Lead Visual Designer. You will start remote but then must be able to work out of their downtown Chicago office or WI office.

The Lead Visual Designer will have the opportunity to work on an enterprise level platform design system, for a team that has been ranked in Fast Company's top innovative companies to work for. All products are used throughout the medical industry to aid in diagnostic imaging, patient monitoring, and medical reporting.

The Lead Visual Designer must have:
- Degree in Interaction, Graphic, or Industrial Design
(STEM Majors are preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in UI/Visual Designer
- Design systems or design library experience
- Enterprise level software experience

The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for:
- Creating widgets to be utilized on all company products
- Leading visual/UI projects,concept through execution
- Leveraging typography, color, layout that effectively express product capabilities and behaviors
-Creating visual design specifications for developers
-Creating multiple variations to a single design component
- Communicates with stakeholder on their design ideas
- Understands UX components of product
