Our commercial real estate client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience in the CRE industry, specifically marketing office spaces to large companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with internal teams manage marketing and advertising efforts for properties, to elevate and position the brand to current and new tenants
- Create and update marketing collateral such as e-mails, for the brand, ensuring clear and concise messaging
- Ideate concepts for marketing collateral such as e-mails, one-sheets, brochures, pitch books, property tour materials and present those ideas to the creative team for execution
- Create timelines for creative deliverables, and coordinate the process with the creative team from execution to delivery
- Manage marketing initiatives, update project list, communicate meeting recaps, and oversee the direction of marketing plan as things change
- Collaborate with the social media agency to come up with ideas for social calendar, content and messaging
- Work with team to set up events like property tours, ensuring all assets are in place and properties are ready for presentation


REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive marketing management experience in the CRE industry, and experience marketing office space to large companies
- Proven track record of producing successful marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and the ability to visualize ideas and communicate to team members how to bring those concepts to life
- Expert communication skills when it comes to meeting with internal team mates and conceptualizing ideas
- Must be able to be onsite in DTLA
