Ecommerce brand is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist that will focus on PPC, Display Ads and Youtube to join their growing digital/performance team and report to the Digital Marketing Director.

We are looking for someone that is strong in strategy but is also executional!

Duties include:
- Analyze Google Ad (Search/Shopping/Display Ads/Discovery/YouTube) and Microsoft Ad (Search/Shopping/Display) campaign performance
- Analyze budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and optimize to ensure sales growth and hit ROI goals
- Develop and execute Display and YouTube prospecting and remarketing strategies to reach new users/drive growth
- Develop and work with the creative team on ad copy
- Ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for ad copy, creative, and video
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Maintain active relationships with Google and Microsoft

- 3-5+ years experience in digital marketing, digital agency, consultancy or in-house
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
- Hands-on experience working with Google’s different ad formats Including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube (Google Ads or SA360, DV360
- Solid data analytics skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google 360, Data Studio, MS office, Google Suite, Advanced knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, etc.
