Our ad agency client is looking for a MEDIA PLANNER to join their team!

The ideal candidate has is seasoned in working in media planning, marketing, or pre-sales departments with a digital publisher, ad tech vendor, or digital advertising agency.

MEDIA PLANNER Responsibilities:
- Develop Client Solutions and Proposals:
* Drive and manage the creative and planning process to deliver client-ready proposals and media plans.
* Evaluate RFPs, define objectives, and propose strategic opportunities to exceed client expectations.
* Collaborate with marketing and other teams to build proactive custom solutions within key verticals.
* Incorporate industry insights, trends, and benchmarks to improve work product and competitiveness in fast-paced digital marketplace.

- Manage Custom Program Elements
* Ensure all custom programs have a feasible budget and timeline.
* Coordinate with ad operations and social media, and development teammates to achieve client KPIs.
* Review contracts and negotiate terms as needed.

- Help Architect Company Go-To-Market Initiatives
* Lead cross-departmental brainstorms and meetings on company strategy and marketing.
* Contribute to tentpole sales initiatives (e.g. Reflect Beauty Awards, Hispanic Heritage Month, etc.)
* Contribute to select working groups to develop new company initiatives, capabilities, or infrastructure.
* Train junior staff as needed.

MEDIA PLANNER Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of media planning and proposal development
- Thorough understanding of RFP;s and experience proposing strategies to win business
- Experience with project management and team management
- Experience in the multicultural market is a plus!
