Our globally recognized law firm client, is in search of a Learning & Development Content Developer for about six months.

The Learning & Development Content Developer will be remote during COVID, and onsite in the Loop following restrictions.

The Learning & Development Content Developer must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years in learning content development)
- Experience editing client documents to ensure it is concise
- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum design, & adult learning principles
- Knowledge of how eLearning solutions integrate with learning management systems
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC & xAPI communication standards
- Experience using remote training tools (WebEx /Adobe Connect)
- Experience with a law firm or professional services is highly preferred

The Learning & Development Content Developer will be responsible for:
- Creating new and engaging learning solutions for:conferences, events, classroom/in-person, web-based, eLearning - Developing eLearning videos, user guides, etc.
- Creating eLearning assessments for the users
- Utilizing eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, or similar tools to record and edit audio, video, and graphic files - Assisting with the creation of learning program communication plans
- Developing videos, eLearning using Camtasia/Storyline that adhere to SCORM standards - Ability to utilize JavaScript, HTML as needed for editing - Troubleshooting and testing new eLearnings
