Innovative Social Media Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work with their team!
Working closely with the Client Success team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the overall client satisfaction of key accounts, their revenue growth and profitability. You'll lead the client and internal team to identify tactical growth plans to grow the business. Day to day responsibilities:
- serve as client primary contact
- build, lead and present client presentations
- develop revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- 5+ years in an Account Manager role (agency preferred)
- Deep understanding of social media (paid + organic)
- Proven strategy experience
- Proven experience generating revenue and account growth
- Client facing / strong communication skills
- Passion for emerging social media trends including TikTok marketing
