Our technology start up client focused on cloud analytics solutions is looking for a UX Product Designer Lead to join their team.
The ideal UX Product Designer Lead will have previous experience in successfully leading a team of 18+ and will not turn away from the requirement of being hands through the development of the UX and Product Design System from scratch to final product.
UX Product Designer Lead Responsibilities:
- Create powerful analytical capabilites that are simple to understand
- Originate the product's design system and interaction patterns to deliver modern enterprise software experiences
- Understand Problem space and source design solutions
- Work closely with customers and a team of 18+ developers and project managers
- Follow the latest UX best practices and innovation in the market
UX Product Designer Lead Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in hands-on product design/UX leadership role
- Experience creating enterprise software from scratch (or UX redesign)
- Experience working with customers to define and optimize experiences
- Strong interaction design skills preferred
- Portfolio that showcases Data Analytics or SaaS metrics solution
- Must be proficient in Material, Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Must be knowledgable in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence)
