Our award winning B2B manufacturing client is in search of a Content Marketing Manager who can join their team full time.

LOCATION DETAILS: The Content Marketing Manager will spend 2 days in the office (Northern Suburbs), 2 day WeWork in Chicago, and 2 days remote.

The Content Marketing Manager will be spending 50% of their time writing digital copy/40% email writing / strategy and 10% on digital reporting.

The Content Marketing Manager must have:
- 2 + years in B2B digital content marketing
- Hubspot, Salesforce - (Marketo or Pardot)
- Inbound marketing experience (email)
- Ability to analyze & present content performance (analytics)
- Inbound marketing experience
- Having a consumer focused mind in terms of content
- SEO skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing (or similar)

Verticals you may come from: Education (K-12), higher ed, retail, logistics, manufacturing, & healthcare

Nice to have skills for the Content Marketing Manager:
- Social media experience
- Design skills
- WordPress

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

- Conducting a full digital content audit in month one
- Taking lead on all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads
- Consistently evaluating the customer journey so as to cater all content to them
- Focusing heavily on email content creation
sales and customer retention
- Taking one piece of content & translating across all channels (blog, email, social, web, etc.)
- Creating an effective content marketing strategy &
editorial plan to meet the business objectives
- Creating an editorial calendar for content
- Managing freelance digital & marketing staff
- Presenting performance analytics results to the team
