Our retail client is looking for a Videographer/ Video Editor to join their team full time. You must have experience both with filming and video editing to be considered for this role. This role is remote until the downtown Chicago office reopens.

This is an exciting role for a Videographer/Video Editor to work alongside a collaborative team reporting to a manager who encourages creativity, injecting a new viewpoint/style and having a voice as to what is developed in their video content. Approximately 70% of the work will be shooting and editing short form (3-5 minute) training videos.

You’ll be responsible for leading your own projects in a fast paced environment while also collaborating with the team. Other projects in addition to training videos may include product overviews, social media content, and marketing videos.

Responsibilities of the Videographer:
-Create engaging videos for a range of different departments throughout the company
-Help simplify complex topics in a video format that is easy to digest for all customers
-Collaborate cross functionally with various departments

Requirements of the Videographer:
-1-3 years’ video experience
-Combination of videography and editing experience -Proficiency with Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects experience -Understanding of cinematography, composition basics and lighting principles -Some travel is required, onsite work in the Chicago downtown office/studio required occasionally (once a month)
