Tech client with a focus on healthcare policies is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth and Digital Marketing to join their team!
This is a great 2-month freelance opportunity with the possibility of full time for the right fit.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Driving rapid and quality growth of business
- Owning demand generation strategy
- Coordinating and developing coordinated programs and campaigns aligned with new market launches, as well as upselling opportunities
- Executing scalable, data-driven initiatives & campaigns that drive qualified leads to sales team
- Partnering cross-functionally with sales team
- Designing / implementing system of target-setting
- Creating a unified pipeline team (campaigns, digital experience)
- Helping lead, recruit and mentor a team of high-performing, data driven marketers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise / sales-driven technology company
- 5+ years within B2B SaaS is preferred!
- Deep experience within Salesforce and marketing automation/ABM systems (file creation, dashboards, analytics, workflows, etc)
- Must have Pardot experience
-BA/BS degree required; MA/MBA preferred
- Record of synthesizing go-to-market strategy in to demand generation tactics (vs applying existing framework)
- Passion for understanding customer needs
- Direct leadership with various aspects of enterprise pipeline generation digital marketing
