Social Media Manager

Rate $30-$37.5 per hour
Our client, a healthcare nonprofit organization, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team full-time. This role begins as a 3 month minimum, 40 hour per week freelance assignment, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities
-Lead overall organizational Social Media strategy
-Schedule social posts
-Work with the creative team to create engaging social content
-Create and report on paid social campaigns
-Optimize content in accordance with Social Media algorithms
-Work with the Creative and Marketing teams to create and execute Social Media ad campaigns

Social Media Manager Requirements
-4+ years of social media experience
-Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry
-Proven experience driving engagement with social posts and social ads, prior experience scheduling posts, and leading overall organizational social media strategy.
-Prior work in Oncology is highly preferred
