Our renowned client is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their direct-response campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social!

The Senior Marketing Manager will work remotely during COVID, 40 hours/week and have the potential to go full time down the round!

The tactical execution of this role is focused on paid social, but you must understand paid search enough to guide an agency through strategy, budgeting and recommendations.

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Own paid media campaigns: media targeting, bid management, trafficking ads, keyword performance, copy development, etc.
- Recommend budget allocation between channels
- Set up A/B and multivariate testing and evaluate results
- Track and report results and optimize campaign KPIs
- Manage relationship with platform partners and agencies

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years in subscription or B2C marketing driving sales or leads, not brand awareness
- Paid Search & Social expertise, ability to lead a million dollar Paid Media program
- Strong experience handling budgeting, forecasting, invoices and accruals for Accounting/Finance
- Expertise in Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Excel
- Understanding of analytical tools, bid management and reporting platforms
