Growing eCommerce retailer is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager with expertise in PPC and SEM to join their growing marketing team!

Paid Search Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as hands-on paid search/SEM/PPC expert; manage, optimize and scale paid search efforts
- Educate the team on the latest best practices and trends as well as competitive landscape
- Execute day-to-day campaign bid management and tactics across Google, Bing, App Store, etc. to exceed acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
- Identify opportunities for keyword, geography, device and channel expansion
- Implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies, optimize strategy, and drive landing pages and ad copy
- Analyze data to optimize spend
- Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting

Paid Search Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 4-6+ years tactical digital marketing experience managing paid search, SEM and PPC campaigns
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Preferred fluency in Google Analytics, Big Query, Tableau/PowerBI/Looker, Google Ads; as well as downstream metrics, funnel optimization and conversion
- You are Google Ads Certified
- Preferred Masters's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering
- Preferred experience in a start-up environment
