Our client, one of the most well-known and leading lifestyle and CPG brands, is looking for an onsite Community Manager to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity to work with high level clients, external partners, and big names in the industry!

The Community Manager duties:
- Integrate brand marketing plans to meet objectives and goals
- Develop and executive social media strategies and campaigns, integrating online and off-line marketing
- Develop and execute promotions internally and with external partners
- Moderate and participate in online conversations regarding brand, respond to comments, concerns and questions
- Build brand reputation that aligns with company branding guidelines and policies
- Develop relationships with key brand stakeholders and evangelists, encourage interaction among channels
- Problem solve customer issues, analyze and report on community feedback using data
- Create monthly and quarterly reports - page views, activity, traffic, etc.

The Community Manager requirements:
- BA in communication, marketing, advertising PR or similar
- 3 - 5 years of online Community Management experience
- Up on current social media trends
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Previous experience managing brand promotions and partnerships
- Experience working with high-profile stakeholders
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic design using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- HTML/CSS experience a huge plus
