Our client, the largest real-estate developer in the Inland Empire, is seeking a Digital Marketing / Automation Specialist to join their team.

This role is both strategic and executional.

The Digital Marketing / Automation Specialist duties:
- Strategize with the divisional Marketing Director on email and automation campaigns for B2B and B2C customers as well as digital marketing initiatives
- Create and deploy emails, maintain CRM, send leads to builders, maintain customer lists
- Strategize on how to grow leads, prospect new leads, and filter lists
- Work with lists over 30,000
- Strategize on increasing open rates
- Maintain and collaborate with departments focused-on website design and maintenance, strategy, paid search, advertising listings, reputation management and social media
- Assist marketing team with community events and openings

The Digital Marketing / Automation Specialist requirements:
- Experience utilizing Marketo preferred
- Experience using marketing automation software comparable to Marketo, if not Marketo (Hubspot, Constant Contact, Pardot, etc.)
- Google Analytics knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop experience for light updates on content being sent out via email campaigns
