Our small agency client is in search of a Junior Social Media and Community Manager to join them downtown in a full-time direct hire capacity.

This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate to get in with a growing agency!

The Junior Social Media and Community Manager must have the following:
- Bachelor's in communications, marketing or similar
- Prior internship experience with an agency and ideally working on social media
- Strong project management skills
- Strong writing skills
- Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude

The Junior Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring brand guidelines and best practices are implemented across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Interacting with social communities to answer consumer's questions
- Assisting with posting on evenings and weekends, as well as interacting with consumers during those hours
- Building and maintaining relationships with key brand stakeholders, influencers and media partners
- Assisting with social data and analytic reports
