Our national retail client in the Western Suburbs is looking to hire a Full Time Senior Digital Marketing Manager, who is an EXPERT in Paid Search. This is an awesome opportunity to drive digital strategy for a renowned organization!

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will responsible for the growth and profitability of the digital marketing program with a specific focus on paid search.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy across search, display, email, paid and social media
- Hit lead conversion goals and increase traffic and lead volume efficiently
- Analyze, test and optimize campaigns and present reports on traffic, spend and performance
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging channels and opportunities
- Manage Digital Marketing Associate, their keyword agency relationship, and search vendors
- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy and business objectives

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years driving digital strategy across channels, specifically leading large, complex search programs
- Experience managing direct reports and agency/external partners
- Solid understanding of testing, segmenting and reporting processes
- Familiarity with Google Fundamentals (Ads, Analytics, Marketing Platform, Campaign Manager)
- Major retailer experience client-side or at an agency a plus
