Our client, a leading-edge technology company, is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you’ll play a key role in growing their business and brand awareness.

Marketing Manager Top 3 Responsibilities:
- development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy using marketing channels from website, email, social media, organic search, digital advertising, etc.
- Agile marketing, dynamic, flexible techniques to create campaigns at the right time, for the right audience, with industry relevant information. This person should create thought provoking content, creative, PR, and messaging to engage existing clients and build trust.
- Staying on the cusp of industry trends to have a leg up on the competition. This person must be passionate about the industry and how to best approach marketing strategies, so growing knowledge of technology and having deep expertise through talking with clients, reading articles and being truly engaged in relevant tech events and content is key.

Marketing Manager Secondary Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and lead a marketing team of 3
- Assist with Internal Marketing/Communications strategies for recruitment, employee engagement, internal messaging, etc.
- Measure performance of campaigns, report metrics to VP and President, then create ways of improvement
- Work alongside the President to create strategies and leverage his advice as the subject matter expert in the industry then deciding how best to execute campaigns

Must have experience:
- Proven background creating successful messaging, content, and thought leadership.
- Marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- B2B marketing
- Experience working in the technology industry
- Account based marketing strategies
- 5+ years managing a team and leading marketing efforts
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to provide data to back up reasons for executing particular marketing strategies

Nice to have:
- Experience working at a company of around 300 employees
- Customer relationship management technologies
- Salesforce or other CRM tools
