Our Professional Membership Organization client has an immediate need for a FULL TIME Program & Special Projects Manager. This is an onsite opportunity that includes competitive benefits and room for growth!

The primary responsibilities will be to run, coordinate and implement Program Initiatives that serve members of the organization.

The Program & Special Projects Manager will:
- Onboard new Members
- Approve events and assist with event questions and training
- Set up and manage Member social media accounts
- Manage the Member toolkit and training materials
- Attend part or all of Member training events
- Oversee registration of Member events
- Order custom gifts and swag
- Coordinate webinars
- Manage the Professional Membership Organization's Foundation and awards ceremony

If you have a pro-active, positive attitude in addition to loving and taking pride in handling details, get along great with others, are effective at multitasking, and gifted with great admin skills, they would love to meet you!

Must be proficient in:
Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Asana, Slack and Zoom.
