Our award-winning agency client is looking for a freelance, Project Manager to start in April or May, 30 - 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months with likely extension.

This is a HYBRID role, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays onsite at the client's Irving office with Mondays and Fridays remote.

The Project Manager will manage copy submissions from agency copywriters to the pharmaceutical client's Content Lab.

Experience with the medical, legal and/or regulatory guidelines of the pharmaceutical industry for content is highly preferred.

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Route copy submissions through client's Content Lab
- Ensure copy includes correct annotations of sources
- Relay needed changes for copy to copywriters; resubmit
- Manage and drive deadlines / milestones of other digital design projects such as emails, banners and some microsites/ web projects, as needed
- Manage schedules and project updates in project management system Workfront
- Develop detailed project plans
- Provide recaps from meetings and status meetings

Project Manager Requirements
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Work with Veeva Vault, Content Lab, dealt with MLR reviews
- Workfront, preferred; Microsoft Office and Teams - required
- 5+ years experience managing simultaneous projects in agency or large corporate environment
