Our client in Addison is looking for a hands-on Art Director with a focus on brand and packaging design. This long-term contract starts in May, and will continue (40 hours per week) for 18 months.

This HYBRID role requires onsite work in Addison 3 days per week.

The Art Director will focus on both branding as well as packaging design for one of the biggest beauty brands in the world!

If you meet the following requirements, tell us more!
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of graphic design experience
Strong portfolio with brand and packaging design
Beauty and/or fashion industry experience is preferred
Knowledge of current web, print, video, and social media technologies (motion or video is a plus not a must)

Art Director Responsibilities
Lead and execute innovative packaging and branding projects
Collaborate with creative, brand, and engineering to develop creative and manufacturable solutions
Understand and manage packaging costs
Produce multichannel marketing materials - print, web, social, video - to support product and program launches
Stay abreast of beauty industry trends
Develop and implement internal brand guidelines
Serve as central liaison between global brand design and internal departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Art direct product and model shoots from concept to execution
