Our global beauty client is looking for a FREELANCE Product Manager to start beginning of June, 40 hours per week, for at 18 months, with strong possibility of conversion to permanent employment.

This is a HYBRID role, Tuesdays and Wednesday in North Dallas and possibly Thursdays (must be flexible).

The Product Manager will support planning, development and implementation of an exciting, new interactive beauty tool to drive consumer engagement and sales for a specific product!

Bachelor's degree
3+ years work on consumer-facing digital tools (digital marketing or ecommerce for mobile and web)
Highly collaborative and quick learner
Highly data-driven
Familiarity with beauty products usage a MUST
Understand UI and UX to inform work
Confident communicator with all levels of stake holders

Product Manager Responsibilities
Contribute to strategy development, roadmap, and execution for new tool
Research and promote competitive innovation, especially emerging and trending features/technologies
Conduct market research and strategic analysis of UI, user experience and ecommerce
Prioritize, plan and implement ideas and projects
Collaborate with stake holders to understand region and market needs or gaps
Identify gaps and opportunities
Collaborate with Global Marketing, IT, Legal, vendors and other stake holders / partners
Analyze metrics and user experience to recommend digital tool enhancements and updates
Manage user support tickets as part of team effort
