Our law firm client is seeking a FULL-TIME Director of Marketing Operations to join their growing marketing team! This hybrid position will require 2-3 days a week ONSITE at any of the client's 21 offices located across the country (Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, Chattanooga, Chicago, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Sr. Louis, Washington, D.C., Wilmington).

The Director of Marketing Operations is the key player in leading all aspects of brand marketing, communications, and marketing operations for the entire firm. The Director will have a constant pulse on all happenings that impact the firm's brand and will develop strategy on optimizing that brand across all channels.

Director of Marketing Operations Responsibilities:
- Be the authority and thought leader on the strategic direction of all brand communication
- Establish a consistent voice, brand and messaging across communications
- Consistently evaluating and updating messaging to reflect evolving offerings and values
- Ensure best practices in developing marketing materials
- Identify innovative brand opportunities that result in positive business results
- Develop and track annual brand marketing budget
- Stay up-to-date on key industry issues/trends, firm operations, and client news
- Develop messaging for stakeholders across the organization
- Oversee management of various marketing and technology tools including vendor management, databases, and contracts
- Provide overall guidance to leadership in the development and review of marketing policies
- Manage key marketing processes including collateral development, legal industry rankings, and CRM
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders in identifying opportunities for process improvement

Director of Marketing Operations Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years marketing experience, with emphasis in marketing communications, marketing operations, and brand strategy
- Legal Marketing experience (Am Law strongly preferred)
- Managerial experience
