Our global technology devices client in Plano is looking for a FREELANCE Event Project Manager to start next month, 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months.

This role requires 2 or more days onsite at the client's Plano office.

The Event Marketing Manager will coordinate, execute and manage in-person events, tradeshows, webinars and virtual events for the client's B2B team.

Event Project Manager Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics
Complete reporting dashboards
Create event-related processes and procedures
Host coordination meetings as needed
Moderate virtual meetings (screen shares, recording, polling, breakout rooms, muting, etc.)
Host prep calls with the customer and guest speakers
Advise customers/speakers on presentation optimization
Provide attendance reports, edit recordings, etc.
Collaborate with counterparts in other business units
Work with creative, agencies, platforms to deliver content
Plan and manage programs, on time, on budget, to scope

Event Project Manager Requirements
5+ years managing events, tradeshows and webinars for large enterprise company, preferably B2B
Very detail-oriented, manage simultaneous projects
Ability to report on impact of events, tradeshows and webinars managed
