Our corporate client is in need of a Director of Customer Success & Value Management with 3-5 years marketing/membership or customer facing experience and 3-5 years of people management experience to join their team in 2022!

The Director of Customer Success & Value Management is responsible for creating and leading the initiatives that drive acquisition and retention of the clients membership program.

Director of Customer Success & Value Management
Responsibilities:
-Will be creating and leading initiatives that drive engagement
-Will face off to stakeholders, largest clients & Marketing Agency that runs business
-Engaging Members
-Revenue deliverable of membership renewals
-Creating KPI's around Renewal rates, engagement increasing, & use of membership tools increasing
- (Membership side)- help drive acquisitions
-Manage team of four Program Specialists and Program Manager
-Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of member acquisition and retention efforts

VP of Customer Success & Value Management Requirements:
-7-10 years marketing/membership or customer facing experience; 3-5 years of people management experience
-Must understand some measure of customer Acquisitions and Retention
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to focus on customer experience and measurable outcomes
-The position requires an involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, decision making, diplomacy, confidentiality, discretion and judgment

- Microsoft Office Suite
- PM tools such as HTML, NetSuite, Word Press, Google Docs, and HubSpot
-Click-up
