Our HR services client in Dallas is looking for an RFP Writer! This freelance assignment starts in January, 30 to 40 hours per week.

The RFP Writer coordinates and crafts responses for proposals, sales decks and final presentations.

We're looking for an RFP Writer who is resourceful, agile, flexible and can handle different types of RFP responses for a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

RFP Writer Responsibilities
Develop keen knowledge of client services, capabilities and RFP processes
Create and edit proposals, PowerPoint sales decks and final presentations
Employ efficient ways to gather RFP data or content (right resources, re-purpose / tweak previous responses, etc.)
Proactively coordinate activities associated with RFP process from review to delivery
Ensure quality of service and content while following brand guidelines and adhering to customer specifications
Create and maintain library of RFP content, assets and resources
Help resolve issues along RFP process
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks for timely execution and submission

RFP Writer Requirements
5+ years' RFP, grant or proposal writing experience
Efficient, precise, independent, assertive
Basic InDesign, proficient PowerPoint
