Our real estate client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide full time (40 hours/week) support while a colleague is on maternity leave.

This Marketing Coordinator will be working onsite 5 day a week at our client's Portland office.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and categorize all content in the correct folders on dropbox (property photos, staff photos, site plans, brochures, signage, brand guidelines, promotions, etc.)
- Be the main contact for property managers, leasing for all marketing materials
- Track and save all press related to the company
- Vendors/Consultants: Review and book vendors/consultants as needed, act as primary contact, process invoices for services
- Create and post announcements (graphics and content) on digital media channels
- Create site plan (for quarterly reports and webpage)
- Photograph property and site for web page, announcements and quarterly reports (when necessary)
- Track publicity / media articles and send to team
- Work with regional staff to create signage (monument, leasing, property managed by signs, etc.)
- Maintain communications via social media platforms, newsletter and website (blog posts)
- Create monthly social media calendar to present the first Monday of each month for review
- Create quarterly social media calendars with property managers
- Schedule posts for social media – social media should be updated weekly with curated content
- Upload and organize content (photos, brochures, flyers, site plans)on website and remove old data
- Assist in gathering information and content for the website’s blogs
- Assist in content creation for any new pages on the website
- Ensure all data and content on the property websites are current and accurate
- Create marketing plan for upcoming events 8 weeks prior to event (use previous year’s marketing plan to set measurable goals)
- Use creative brief to schedule graphic design work
- Photograph events as needed

This Marketing Coordinator must:
- Have 2+ years of experience
- Have experience writing corporate newsletters, social media posts, and press releases
- Have experience managing a corporation's social media communications and posts
