Our agency partner is looking for a Digital Media Director to join their team!

This Digital Media Director responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategy, workflow and processes for digital media & paid search efforts at the agency as they grow and expand this offering to clients
- Manage the digital media department (team of 8-10)
- Creating reporting & insights and build digital media strategies

This Digital Media Director must:
- Have 7+ years experience with media planning & buying across multiple mediums, specifically in digital media and paid search arena. (Agency preferred)
- Must have strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ad Products  (Google Paid Search, Microsoft, YouTube) and social (Facebook/IG, Twitter and emerging platforms) landscape, platforms and best practices
- Collaborative nature and experience with media partners, agency business units, and creative agency partners
- Experience and comfort with data, analytics and measurement
- Experience with performance/direct marketing campaign
